Exchange or Return of Goods

We understand that sometimes things don't always work out the way you planned. Maybe you received the wrong size, or perhaps the style isn't quite what you envisioned. No worries! We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

Here's how it works:

  • Returns: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item with its original tags attached. Simply complete the online return form on your order confirmation email and follow the instructions. Once we receive your return, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.

  • Exchanges: Want to exchange an item for a different size or color? No problem! Follow the same steps as for a return, but on the online return form, indicate the new size or color you'd like to exchange for. Once we receive your original item, we'll ship out your new selection as soon as possible. Please note: Depending on availability, we may not be able to fulfill exchanges for the same item. In such cases, we'll process a full refund and allow you to reorder the new item.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. However, we'll cover the return shipping cost if you're exchanging an item due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
  • Promotional discounts or coupons used on the original purchase may not be applied to the exchanged item.
