Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

1. Order Confirmation:
  • Once your order is placed and the 10% pre-payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

2. Tracking Information:
  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and courier details will be sent to your email or phone. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Conditions

The following conditions must be met before delivery is completed.

1. Pre-Payment Requirement:
  • A 10% pre-payment of the total order amount is required before delivery can be initiated. This ensures your order is reserved and processed promptly.

2. Customer Availability:
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package during the estimated delivery window.

3. Delivery Attempts:
  • If the courier is unable to deliver the package after two attempts, the package will be returned to our local warehouse. Customers may need to arrange for re-delivery, which may incur additional fees.

Order Delays
  • While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
    • Customs clearance (if applicable).
    • Weather conditions.
    • Public holidays.

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide updates on your order status.

Damaged or Lost Packages

1. Damaged Packages:
  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

2. Lost Packages:
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate the issue with the courier and provide a resolution.
